Church Planner is a church ministry coordination service for authorized members, volunteers, leaders, planners, and administrators. Access is provided by the participating church and may be changed or withdrawn when roles or membership change.

Acceptable use

Use Church Planner only for legitimate church coordination, communication, scheduling, service planning, and related ministry purposes. Do not attempt to access accounts, teams, conversations, files, or administrative functions you are not authorized to use.

User content and prohibited conduct

Members remain responsible for content they submit, including messages, ideas, notes, photos, and files. Church Planner does not permit harassment or bullying; threats or encouragement of violence; hate speech or discriminatory abuse; sexually explicit content; child sexual exploitation or abuse material; illegal, fraudulent, or scam-related content; impersonation intended to deceive; doxxing or misuse of another person's private information; copyright or other intellectual-property infringement; malicious files or links; or content intended to exploit, intimidate, defraud, or harm another person. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information. Content may be reported, blocked, removed, or referred to church administrators where appropriate, and access may be restricted for violations.

Availability and changes

The service may change as features are improved. We take reasonable steps to protect availability and data but do not promise uninterrupted access.

Use of Church Planner is subject to the Privacy Policy.
